What does interior finishing include, and how is it priced?
Interior finishing is everything that turns a grey structure into a home: flooring, ceilings, paint, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical fixtures and lighting. In Islamabad and Rawalpindi it is usually priced as part of a turnkey package per sq ft of covered area: about PKR 5,500–7,000 at standard finish, PKR 7,000–9,500 at premium and PKR 10,000–14,000 at luxury finish (October 2026, Bahria Town baseline, including the grey structure).
For finishing-only or interior projects in an existing house, we quote after a site visit, because the scope varies from one room to a whole home. See also renovation.
